CATTS-IT has adopted a confidentiality and privacy policy and these are available on application.  As part of these policies CATTS-IT acknowledges and agrees that any and all information, data, software and configurations in relation to our clients’ business activities are confidential to the client. 

CATTS-IT agrees that during or after the term of any agreement it will not permit the use, duplication, distribution or disclosure of the confidential information (other than by, or to, its own employees, agents or representatives for the performance of their obligations hereunder), unless such use, duplication, distribution or disclosure is specifically authorised by the client in writing. 

Confidential information does not include information readily available in a specific form in the public domain.

When you visit the CATTS-IT web site, our Internet Service Provider (ISP) records your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes;

  • the address of the referring site (i.e. the previous web site you visited)

No attempt by CATTS-IT will be made to identify users or their browsing activity.

We will only record your email address if you send us a message.  It will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it.  We will not use your email address for any other purpose, and will not disclose it without your consent.

This site does not provide facilities for the secure transmission of information across the internet.  Users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the internet.

If you send us personal information, it will only be;

  • collected by lawful and fair means

  • used for lawful purpose

  • collected with your consent, and

  • the purpose for collection is clear and explicit.

CATTS-IT provides alternative means of obtaining and providing information, such as telephone, facsimile and standard postal services.
