HR & Operations – A real relationship builder
A senior and seasoned manager who has worked in specialist and generalist human resource roles and recently in a general management position responsible for a diverse portfolio of functions, across the public and private sectors including  federal government, retail, professional services, manufacturing, legal and community health. With strong skills in Remunerations & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Generalist and HR Management. A fantastic communicator and relationship builder, with a background in facilitates management, property services and maintenance, legislative compliance and risk management.  This individual has been associated with Profiler frequently for the past couple years, and is held in high regard – jump at the chance or regret miss out!

L&D Administrator – On the rise
A candidate who is highly motivated to develop their career in the L&D field and thoroughly enjoys making a significant contribution to the HR and L&D team. Holding a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology and a minor in Mathematics, with skills in training and facilitation, onboarding, learning management system (LMS), psychometric testing, project management, and excellent customer service and relationship skills. This individual is hardworking and diligent, and would be an valuable asset to your HR and L&D team.

HR Generalist – Change and Operational
A strategic and operational HR Generalist with industry experience gained in Australia and overseas in a variety of industries/sectors including utilities, resources, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, public service and electrical distribution. Skills include industrial relations, performance management, mergers, project work, policy development, change management, workforce planning, recruitment and occupational health and safety. Having returned home back to Melbourne and been associated with Profiler for several years, this person is warm, engaging, pragmatic, helpful and passionate about assisting business through contemporary HR practices and advice.

HR Coordinator – Driven and hardworking
A highly motivated, organised, career driven, up and coming HR Professional. This candidate has recently completed their Bachelor of Business/Commerce majoring in Human Resources. In addition, to gain HR exposure and experience they have been volunteering their time in HR teams developing their skill s in HR Administration, inductions, data entry, whilst providing excellent administrative support to the HR team at all times.

Recruitment Specialist – Highly professional
This candidate  has recently relocated to Australia and has over 7.5 years of Recruitment and HR Generalist experience. In their last assignment as a Recruitment Coordinator this individual was involved in all phases of talent acquisition and delivery from reviewing  CV’s, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, conducting background & medical checks, preparation of offers and onboarding. With a Masters of Management Studies (Human Resources focus), this individual has expertise in IT/ technical recruitment.  An articulate, warm and friendly candidate who is very willing to give their time for the organisation. An A+ candidate that will not be available now for much longer!

HR and OD – With Instructional Design
An experienced HR and OD specialist looking for an opportunity within the Learning and Development spectrum. Located in the Northern suburbs but happy to travel to the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Has completed Bachelor of Arts (Honours – First Class) and currently holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. A handy candidate with HR Generalist skills including recruitment, onboarding, diversity, employee engagement survey, employee relations and performance management. A diverse range of skills and a hardworking candidate who would give their all for the good of the business.
