HR Business Partners are required across all sectors – this week in particular Profiler Recruitment was supporting clients in Local Government, Hospitality, Health, Manufacturing and Engineering. It also seems to be the roles required for organisations currently restructuring their HR Teams. The roles tend to be permanent as they are true partnering roles with the business to drive outcomes.
