  • Implementation of Field Service Management and Asset Managament for Emergency Services organisation
  • Provision of Program Architecture role to leading Australian Financial Institution.
  • End to end IT support for multiple Non-Profit organisations across Microsoft, Google, online and social media.
  • Establish CMDB Blueprint and implement Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) processes for global financial institution using ServiceNow and ServiceNow Discovery.
  • Update existing ITSM toolset for state government, review process and initiate service catalog structure.
  • Provision of Business Analysis and Service Management expertise to specific projects within Global telecommunications provider. Successfully delivered phase 1 of Global Service Desk project which extends service management capabilities between Australian and global operations in Hong Kong, UK, Japan and US. Also provided systems expertise to the Sustain IT project which is improving capabilities, systems and processes (Toolsets involved; Remedy, ServiceNow, HP SM)
  • Integration project between two different ITSM toolsets and three organisations to provide IM, PM, CM and CMDB transactions between the Service Provider and their national customer. (Toolsets involved; Symphony Summit, LANDesk
  • Provision of Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) expertise to assist a global provider of commercial explosives and blasting systems, ground support for mining operations and supplier of a diverse range of chemicals to, including agriculture, building and construction, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care, plastics, pulp and paper and water treatment industries. Deploying appropriate SACM policies, processes and procedures, implementation of a sustainable SACM model and consultancy and assistance with the existing IT Asset Management (ITAM) project transferring the existing Remedy Asset Management capability to Service Now and establishing functional CMDB Blueprint. (Toolsets involved; Remedy, ServiceNow)
  • Establish cloud presence for national HR company, included email, calendaring, collaboration and application capabilities.
  • Rollout of Enterprise Service Management capability for major Australian banking group. Roles included; Leading the Data Management Stream, delivering Business Analysis, Process development and alignment, Solution Architecture and Remedy Consulting Services, and in the last part of the project delivering technical user training. (Toolsets involved; Remedy, ServiceNow)
  • Maintain a number of websites for non-profit organisations assisting with copywriting, graphic media design and social media integration.
  • Establish e-commerce facilities for truck and coach service company.
  • Implementation of Business Service Management system for major Australian university. This project included Business Analysis, Systems Architecture and development and delivery of custom Training Courses and Materials.
  • Implementation of Microsoft 2003 Small Business Server, Exchange and Intranet facilities for auto parts & industrial parts supplier.  This project included the migration of data and POS facilities and the implementation of MYOB Retail Manager Enterprise to manage Head Office and two stores.
  • Business Analysis and workflow design for large Australian telecommunications provider to automate their service delivery capabilities for their clients. Developed with ITIL principles based on the Remedy ITSM Application Suite.
  • Implementation of Microsoft 2003 Small Business Server, Exchange and Intranet facilities for major fruit & vegetable import/export business.  This project included the migration of data and email facilities from a Novell NetWare/GroupWise server.
  • Business Analysis of Business requirements in Human Resources (HR) for a 4000 + employee organisation.  This involved analysing the existing manual procedures in the areas of HR, Payroll, Salary Packaging and provision of a HR Service Centre.  This project involved liaison with senior managers of each area and consultation with staff to ensure that the resulting application (a HR Service Centre) met all business requirements.  The role involved BA, design and development of a HR Service Centre application built on the Remedy AR System platform.
  • IT Infrastructure design, implementation and support services to small retail businesses with a simple 3 PC POS (Point Of Sale) network.
  • IT Infrastructure design, implementation and support services to multi site retail/wholesaler with a single warehouse/head office and 7 retail outlets.
  • Implementation of Change Management process and procedures for Australian partnership of worldwide chartered accounting firm.  This involved not only the establishment of sound Change Management principles but also the implementation of Remedy Change Management with significant customisation to provide a solid business foundation.
  • Design, development and implementation of a national Request Tracking/Management System for a Research Library.  This system provides full management of all requests for information/research and provides a monthly billing facility for chargeback of services and associated costs.
  • Provision of consultancy in the area of Asset Management to determine “Best Practices” for both Total Lifecycle Management and Total Cost Of Ownership.  This project required the creation of a “Cookbook” to establish a set of rules for the documentation of Assets, their relationships based on topology.
  • Provision of consultancy in the area of Change Management to identify specific business process relating to change and following documentation, implementation of process within the Remedy Change Management application.
  • Create and deliver customised training courses specific to the implementation of Peregrine/Remedy applications.
  • Perform business analysis with regard to Asset Management for large government organisation to determine future requirements and identify possible solutions (whether to further develop existing application or utilise ‘off the shelf’ application).
  • Facilitate Application Specification workshops to identify specific business requirements for key workflow applications.
  • Conduct Design Workshop and produce Design Document for implementation of a Help Desk System for major Melbourne University .  Develop and Implement designed system.  Develop and Implement Web Based access for Help Desk System. Provide “Train the Trainer” training for university staff.
  • Provide evaluation and performance analysis of Novell Network system for large shipping organisation.  Produce report with recommendations for next 3 years.
  • Conduct Design Workshop and produce Design Document for implementation of a Help Desk System for large rural supplies business, with Australia Wide outlets.  Develop and Implement designed system in conjunction with other programmers. Provide “Train the Trainer” training for university staff.
  • Conduct update workshop and produce specifications and requirements document for upgrade of existing Help Desk System for major hospital group.  Develop Help Desk in latest version of application and implement.  Provide training materials and “Train the Trainer” course.
  • Implement MS Exchange server and MS Proxy server with both email and browser access for network workstations on an NT local area network for aircraft maintenance company (Australia Wide).  Provide remote access solution for travelling users.
  • Create and develop education services including courseware, training materials and establishment of relationships with existing education facilities in terms of room hire, etc.
  • Facilitate IT Strategy planning for international organisation and create 5 year IT plan.
  • Provide consulting services to major corporate in the area of network infrastructure, to produce a ‘best’ solution document that would then be used to create a request for proposal document.
  • Provide consulting services to a real estate firm with three offices, to design an intranetwork to link the offices and provide access to the Internet, eMail and scheduling, Microsoft Office applications and an advanced real estate application.
  • Design and produce a documentation standards & guidelines suite to provide logical, detailed and easy access to network documentation, policies and procedures.
  • Design of Web Page and associated information for a non-profit organisation.
  • Design & Implement Mobile Office system for use by Insurance agents of major banking corporate to provide access to mainframe systems located at head office from anywhere in Australia . The major requirement was to provide error free connection to the mainframe for a minimum time period of 1 hour via an analog mobile phone connection.
  • Design & implement electronic document & retrieval system for major insurance corporate to facilitate access of any document within a five-year period in an online situation.
  • Design & implement Australia wide Novell WAN for Multi national corporate based around 16 network servers/hosts and 500 user nodes (both mobile and office based).
  • Design NDS structure & IP Scheme for Australia wide WAN for national freight organisation. Then assist with implementation of designs as well as installation configuration of routing hardware.
  • Design & implement Australia wide Microsoft NT WAN based around Compaq Servers running NT with SQL, BackOffice, Exchange and RAS, DHCP, WINS NT Services. LAN/WAN infrastructure based on Bay Networks solution across Frame Relay.
  • Design & implement Lotus Notes/Novell NetWare LAN/WAN providing access to custom designed Notes Application, eMail and group scheduling system.
  • Design & implement Victoria wide Microsoft Windows WAN for large food processing corporate to provide network base access to IBM AS400 System, eMail, Video Conferencing and Voice services.
