CATTS-IT was founded as a result of requests by several small business owners for a single organisation that could provide not only the appropriate computer hardware & software, but also implement the technology, train staff in its use and ensure that the result was the technology working for the business and not the business working for the technology.
This meant that the implementation of technology was to support the business, solve specific business needs and requirements and enhance the capability of the business to services its customers.
